Ballston Exchange

Renovation and redevelopment of 783,000sf within two adjacent Class A office buildings to include multi-level retail space, a fitness center, conference rooms and tenant offices with open work areas and shared common space. Landscape and streetscape improvements and a 12-floor open atrium in building A are features of the LEED certified modernization project. Ground floors with retail spaces remain accessible after-hours to the public passing through Ballston Metro, opposite the project site.
