Renovation and addition in multiple phases for an 87,000 sf public charter school including varied architectural materials such as translucent patterned polycarbonate cladding. The LEED Gold certified project encompasses administrative office spaces, special education spaces, early education program space, gymnasium, pool, locker rooms and classrooms built below the existing structure.
