The Illuminating Engineering Society District of Columbia recognizes Gilmore Lighting Design for outstanding lighting design on two recently completed projects at the 2019 Candela Awards, held Thursday, June 27.
Brookside Gardens, which features exterior lighting for the formal “Garden Gateway” entry to these 50-acre public gardens with pedestrian paths, restored gatehouse, public art and new ‘parking garden;’ as well as District House, the first fully LED building, a mixed-use residence hall, at George Washington University, are being awarded.
